What you'll do

  • Embed with partners to identify pain points and desired outcomes from modeling tools.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product strategies for model development.
  • Develop and iterate on proposed solutions by partnering across Technology and Data teams.
  • Prioritize competing initiatives and ensure end-to-end delivery of capabilities and features.
  • Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess customer usability and adoption.

  • Ability to translate business partners' needs into clear product strategy with defined success metrics and roadmaps.
  • Comfort navigating regulatory requirements while driving modernization and improvements for user outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive work independently and through others.
  • Skill in influencing multiple senior stakeholders, synthesizing diverse viewpoints, and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
