- Manage the full lifecycle of internal tools from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI capabilities and translate them into practical opportunities for the product function.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, AI/ML application, product operations, or technical program management.
- Proven ability to develop automations and scripts using GenAI tooling for internal solutions.
- Strong ownership and independence with comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated change leadership skills to drive adoption of new workflows across skeptical teams.
