What you'll do

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, and release management.
Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders.
Builds partnerships with vendors, data owners, Product, Technology, and SMEs to secure delivery commitments.
Drives strategy to modernize legacy data sourcing by migrating sources into real-time streaming via Kafka.
Establishes data quality standards for newly onboarded data sources to ensure trust and auditability.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
Proven track record leading data engineering, analytics, or data product teams.
Deep knowledge of streaming and batch data architectures, including Kafka and modern data lakes.
Proficiency with SQL and understanding of database concepts.
Experience onboarding legacy systems into modern streaming and cloud platforms.
Excellent executive communication skills for complex technical topics.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience driving execution across multiple teams.
