Process Intelligence Associate Director

What you'll do

• Lead process discovery sessions to uncover friction and bottlenecks in business processes.
• Develop actionable insights from complex data, aligning with organizational goals and strategies.
• Model current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN standards and tools.
• Analyze business requirements for automation and AI initiatives, creating testable user stories.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to establish baseline performance and root causes.
• Ensure traceability of process models and digital twins through all phases of development.

What we're looking for

• At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with incomplete data.
• Experience using Celonis Process Modelling (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems like SAP and methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC process.
• Flexibility to expand expertise into areas like User Experience, AI, or Business Analysis.
