What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end Privacy Incident Management program including workflows and documentation.
  • Lead privacy incident response as DRI and Incident Commander, coordinating cross-functionally.

  • Drive privacy incident retrospectives and deliver metrics covering trends and remediation status.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to improve readiness and response quality.
  • Support broader Privacy initiatives during lower-volume periods, including tooling development.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in privacy, security, or incident response roles.
  • Strong skills in leading technical investigations and data analysis using SQL, Python, and tools like Postgres, MongoDB.
  • Proven ability to build automation for reducing manual tasks and improving incident response efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of major privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and ePrivacy.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying privacy risk findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
