What you'll do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives.

• Proven ability to define and execute integrated program plans aligned with business priorities.
• Strong expertise in risk assessment, resource allocation, and scenario planning for successful delivery.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, influencing decision-making, and building consensus.
• Proficiency in monitoring program performance using KPIs and driving continuous process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor associates.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project/program management or related field.
