What you'll do

Make and enforce architectural decisions for the eCOA platform, including API design and data models.
Write production code for complex or foundational components to accelerate team progress.
Embed AI tools into daily development processes as a force multiplier.
Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into the eCOA product itself, enhancing features like adaptive questionnaire logic.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of building and shipping production systems.
3+ years of hands-on leadership in engineering teams while remaining actively involved in coding.
Deep proficiency in React/React Native (frontend), Node.js/Java (backend), or AWS cloud services.
Proven ability to make sound architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc., in personal workflow.
Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks applied in practice, not just theory.
