Principal Software Engineer, Security

What you'll do

• Drive the development and improvement of secure software systems.
• Implement best-in-class security practices to mitigate risks in products.
• Guide architectural decisions and establish security best practices across projects.
• Mentor engineers, championing security in all aspects of product development.
• Ensure security is integrated into the software development lifecycle rigorously.
• Shape approaches to securing AI initiatives and foster technical capabilities.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in software development and information security, focusing on identity, access, and applied cryptography.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native identity infrastructure and foundational security services.
• Deep knowledge of secure development practices, public cloud security, and network security principles.
• Extensive experience with Zero Trust architecture, including continuous verification and least privilege access.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale migrations while ensuring system integrity and minimizing customer impact.
• Experience or strong willingness to learn about securing AI systems and workflows against emerging threats.
• Strong track record of mentoring other engineers and fostering security expertise across the organization.
