What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of technical roadmaps for specialty dispensing pharmacy initiatives.
Architect solutions that ensure backward/forward compatibility and insulation from vendor software shortcomings.
Develop and implement application standards across various technological disciplines within the Specialty Dispensing stack.
Act as the senior technical contributor on strategic multi-million dollar, multi-year dispensing pharmacy system creation projects.
Manage Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to evaluate new technologies and drive their integration into CVS' environment.
Facilitate process changes for DevSecOps maturity and progress unit and QA test automation processes.

What we're looking for

10+ years of hands-on IT experience in systems analysis and application development.
7+ years of development experience in Java, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
5+ years of experience designing scalable mobile architectures and making long-term technical decisions.
3+ years of experience setting engineering standards and mentoring senior engineers.
1+ year of software development with a focus on AI technologies like Generative AI and Large Language Models.
