What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and TSOM.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with telecom order management systems for seamless end-to-end order orchestration.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical training to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure data migration activities are completed efficiently to transform and migrate ITSM, CMDB, and TSOM data into ServiceNow.
  • Promote AI adoption in development processes to accelerate testing and enhance workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects for governance and architectural reviews of ServiceNow solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in IT service management, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across various modules like ITSM, TSOM, CMDB.
  • Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Familiarity with AI solutions for code generation, review, analysis, and software development lifecycle.
