What you'll do

  • Define and govern the enterprise agentic AI platform's build, deployment, and governance.
  • Architect and engineer a production-grade multi-agent AI platform for security agent orchestration.
  • Lead design and implementation of the AI Gateway as central enforcement point for all LLM traffic.
  • Establish audit and observability architecture for agent workloads to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Define engineering standards and architectural patterns for AI & Security Engineering practice.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in Python and cloud-native systems.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications beyond proof-of-concept stage.
  • Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks and RAG pipeline design including embedding strategies and hybrid search.
  • Solid understanding of security operations concepts, threat intelligence workflows, and SIEM query languages.
  • Strong architecture and leadership skills, capable of writing RFCs and leading design reviews.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD in regulated environments, familiar with cloud security best practices.
