What you'll do

  • Architect and manage a data lake/lakehouse using open formats for diverse data types.
  • Develop the analytics layer for posture scoring, coverage metrics, and multi-source correlation.
  • Secure the data platform with encryption, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and network isolation.
  • Ensure data quality and trust through stable identity, source attribution, and history tracking.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale production data pipelines and lakes.
  • Expertise in coding for production environments using languages like Python, Go, Scala, or SQL.
  • Proven ability to design robust data models and schemas that evolve without breaking existing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with modern distributed data systems including streaming, batch processing, and interactive query engines.
  • Strong background in securing data systems through encryption, access control, audit logging, and isolation.
  • Track record of enabling analytics on large datasets for low-latency querying and dashboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
