- Full-stack engineering depth to guide architecture and lead implementation across the agent's entire surface area.
- Strong communication skills to serve as a credible technical voice alongside senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in shipping user-facing AI products.
- Familiarity with quality, trust, and reliability requirements for AI features.
