What you'll do

- Train and enable managed services team field engineers by producing runbooks, delivering technical walkthroughs, and building their operational confidence.
- Monitor customer environments for alerts, triage incidents, and contribute to improvements in dashboard and observability tooling.
- Ensure federal compliance and security of HPE Private Cloud Enterprise environments by leading DISA STIG implementation and verification efforts.
What we're looking for
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret clearance
