What you'll do

  • Define end-to-end strategy for Emerging Mid-Market segment including build/buy/partner decisions.
  • Build product-led growth strategy for QBO Advanced to drive full-stack adoption without sales reliance.
  • Drive Payments adoption through invoice automation and vertical-specific workflows, enhancing attach rates.
  • Own AP workflow improvements by implementing robust bill ingestion and three-way match processes.
  • Connect workforce data to GL through payroll-to-job costing and labor cost visibility features.
  • Define agentic layer for autonomous execution of reconciliation and approval routing with trustworthiness.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience in mid-market SaaS, financial software, or ecosystem products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of how owner-led mid-market businesses operate and their financial workflow challenges.
  • Track record of building AI-native products and PLG motions with demonstrated revenue impact.
  • Experience owning decisions across multiple product lines (Payments, Bill Pay, HCM) and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep knowledge of mid-market financial workflows including AP, payments, payroll-to-GL, and cash flow management.
