What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent technical role
Expert knowledge in experimentation and causal inference fundamentals
Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios with strategic vision
Deep understanding of user needs through continuous engagement and empathy
Strong business acumen, connecting platform investments to Netflix's strategic priorities
Influential communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
