Principal Network Engineer - AI Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Design and implement high-performance data center networks optimized for AI/GPU workloads.
• Integrate networking with GPU clusters and high-performance storage systems supporting training and inference workloads.
• Optimize network performance (latency, throughput, congestion) for large-scale distributed environments.
• Serve as a senior technical authority aligning network designs with industry reference architecture.
• Lead incident response and resolution for network-related issues, driving root cause analysis and resilience improvements.
• Define and drive the data center network strategy supporting AI/ML platforms and business initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of network engineering experience with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience designing and operating large-scale data center networks (leaf-spine/Clos).
• Expertise in enterprise routing, switching, and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Experience implementing network security technologies including micro-segmentation.
• 3+ years supporting AI/ML or GPU-based environments with NVIDIA reference architectures.
