- Experience developing GenAI solutions using LLMs and modern AI tooling ecosystems.
- Proficiency with cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP or Azure and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices including feature stores, model monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to influence executive-level decision-making.
