As a Principal Data Analyst – Decision Sciences, End-to-End Operations, you will operate as a senior individual contributor and analytical thought leader, leading complex analytics initiatives that shape business direction. This role is ideal for a seasoned analytics professional with strong technical depth, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence through clear, compelling data-driven narratives.

You will partner closely with senior business, product, and technology leaders to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined analytical approaches—leveraging advanced analytics, and where appropriate, AI-enabled techniques, to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.

The Principal Data Analyst – Decision Sciences, End-to-End Operations is a high-visibility, senior Individual Contributor role responsible for leading complex analytical work end-to-end.

• Mentor other analysts and raise standards for analytical rigor, data quality, and storytelling

This role does not include people management, but carries significant ownership, influence, and technical leadership expectations as a principal-level individual contributor.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
