Decision Sciences builds a digital understanding of Walmart’s operations and turns data into insights that drive action at scale. Within End to End Operations, our team supports analytics across Supply Chain and Store Operations, partnering closely with data science, data enablement, and governance teams. As a Principal Data Analyst – Decision Sciences, End-to-End Operations, you will operate as a senior individual contributor and analytical thought leader, leading complex analytics initiatives that shape business direction. This role is ideal for a seasoned analytics professional with strong technical depth, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence through clear, compelling data-driven narratives.
You will partner closely with senior business, product, and technology leaders to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined analytical approaches—leveraging advanced analytics, and where appropriate, AI-enabled techniques, to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
The Principal Data Analyst – Decision Sciences, End-to-End Operations is a high-visibility, senior Individual Contributor role responsible for leading complex analytical work end-to-end.

- Own problem formulation and analytical strategy for ambiguous, high-impact business challenges

- Mentor other analysts and raise standards for analytical rigor, data quality, and storytelling

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
