What you'll do

  • Develop and own product build and release procedures for AI solutions.
  • Productionize multimodal AI solutions applied to engine engineering problems.
  • Integrate AI with CFD, FEA, thermal analysis, and PLM systems securely.
  • Lead the delivery of projects with technical complexity and risk.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and export control requirements.
  • Own the model and agent delivery lifecycle in production environments.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in AI/ML systems and service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field required.
  • Strong software development skills in Python and at least one systems language (C++, Rust, Go, Java).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools.
  • Expertise in productionizing multimodal AI solutions with robust UX for aerospace engineering problems.
  • Active US security clearance preferred; must be a US person capable of obtaining clearance.
