Preferred candidates have prior bioinformatics experience, knowledge of bioinformatics tools, and familiarity with cloud computing environments.
Develop and implement machine learning models for biological data analysis.

What we're looking for
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or related field
Strong Python programming skills using PyTorch, TensorFlow
Experience developing and evaluating machine learning models for biological data analysis
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and optimization techniques
Familiarity with large-scale genomic datasets and numerical computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy)
