  • Create detailed business analysis plans outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for projects.
  • Ensure clarity in project requirements to support the development of technical solutions meeting client needs.
  • Assess and streamline existing processes based on customer feedback to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support and advice to management teams on project management tools and methodologies.

What we're looking for

  • Requires 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering and production support is essential.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and micro-services architecture design and development required.
  • Strong background in building multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented C++ or Java enterprise applications within a Unix environment needed.
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Sybase or Oracle and database query languages including SQL is necessary.
  • Must have experience with REST, back-end technologies, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and product engineers, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs.
