What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers for enterprise software delivery.
Establish roadmaps, standards, and best practices for platform engineering.
Coordinate initiatives across development, operations, security, and architecture teams.
Design and maintain cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and containers.
Develop reusable platform services and self-service capabilities for application teams.
Implement automated build, test, security scanning, compliance validation processes.
Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical roles.
3+ years of experience leading technical teams or engineering initiatives.
Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, automation, and best practices for software delivery.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
