What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers for enterprise software delivery.

  • Design and maintain cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and containers.
  • Develop reusable platform services and self-service capabilities for application teams.
  • Implement automated build, test, security scanning, compliance validation processes.
  • Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or engineering initiatives.
  • Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, automation, and best practices for software delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
