What you'll do
Own and evolve Robinhood's core People Systems with Workday, driving configuration and integrations.
Lead a hands-on technical team in developing AI-powered automations to reduce manual HR processes.
Design and build AI capabilities embedded in HR workflows for intelligent routing and document processing.
Maintain deep ownership of EIB-based integrations across the People tech stack.

What we're looking for
7+ years of progressive People Systems or HRIS experience, including 2+ years managing technical teams.
Extensive hands-on Workday experience with strong technical depth in Core HCM, integrations, and Extend development.
Demonstrated use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.
Proven track record building AI agents, automations, or LLM-powered workflows for HR operations.
Deep expertise in building and supporting Workday integrations, including EIB-based systems.
Strong cross-functional partnership skills across multiple departments such as HR, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
