Pagewide Web Press Writing Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve customer escalations to ensure optimal system settings and solutions are implemented.
• Support customers in achieving desired color management while maintaining quality and workflow processes.
• Document and communicate end-to-end configurations for various applications to ensure consistent performance.
• Perform qualifications related to changes in ink, printhead, press hardware, and software features.
• Assist sales teams during product demonstrations by addressing technical questions and providing support.

What we're looking for

• More than 4 years of experience in Digital Printing technology, preferably with Packaging and Commercial presses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data and analytical methods for issue resolution.
• Experience supporting customers and working closely with service teams on technical escalations.
• Knowledge of color management systems and print file creation processes.
• Ability to document and communicate optimal settings and configurations for various applications.
• Familiarity with the latest software releases, hotfixes, and hardware features in digital printing presses.
• Collaborative work experience across R&D and Services organizations both locally and remotely.
