Experience with GM-specific systems like eMERGE, SPR, PRTS/JIRA, VSMSOTA, GSIM, R2T2, GSPAS, VCAM, Vehicle Spy, and CANalyzer is a plus. This role demands expertise in process improvement, risk management, and closed-loop learning to drive efficiency across the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute OTA Readiness Plan for vehicle launch.
  • Design and create payloads/campaigns to deliver VeSCoM and monitor performance.
  • Drive resolution of complex issues during development process requiring multi-functional coordination.
  • Ensure successful delivery of a VeSCoM by coordinating with various teams across the lifecycle.
  • Define and document robust scalable processes for OTA deployment and field performance.

  • 2+ years of engineering experience in automotive electrical systems or vehicle programming.
  • Strong project management, communication, and technical skills for managing projects across the development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with OTA update and vehicle connectivity technologies.
  • SQL knowledge and proficiency in relational databases and big data platforms.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams and collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, root cause analysis, driving results, and influencing others.
