What you'll do

  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle CCS Service Order Management (SOM) and Field Activity (FA) modules.
  • Design end-to-end field activity workflows for various utility operations.
  • Configure integration data flows between Oracle CCS SOM/FA and external systems.
  • Produce high-quality functional design documents and process flow diagrams.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis to align Oracle CCS SOM/FA with utility-specific requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) in US utility environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and configuring Oracle CCS/CC&B SOM and FA modules.
  • Experience in US utility field operations, including dispatch group configuration and scheduling rules.
  • Ability to facilitate business requirements workshops and produce high-quality functional design documents.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for service connection/disconnection rules and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or MuleSoft for SOM/FA integrations.
