What you'll do

  • Design and implement robust integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
  • Create automated workflows connecting Power Apps and Power BI to external databases and Azure services.
  • Develop clean, interactive Power BI reports that provide actionable insights from diverse data sources.
  • Provide technical support for deployed applications, troubleshoot performance issues, and train end-users.
  • Design scripts/tools to automate routine operational tasks in web server environments.
  • Support hosted applications such as Belmanage, BMC Remedy, and Service Now.
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates and implement secure transport protocols on web servers.

What we're looking for

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of senior-level experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Pega.
  • Experience with Scrum methodologies in software development.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S protocols, load balancing, and reverse proxies.
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative automation solutions.
