What you'll do

  • Lead the Obsolescence Refresh Hardware effort, transitioning legacy electrical hardware to modern designs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks from obsolete components to extend program life and reduce supply chain risk.
  • Guide architecture discussions and design verification for PCBs, FPGAs, and network infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to ensure refreshed hardware meets current and future system requirements.
  • Maintain schedule and budget discipline across concurrent hardware design and refresh activities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree in a related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required.
  • Advanced proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics.
  • Experience leading teams of engineers on complex electrical hardware projects.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles as they relate to hardware.
