What you'll do

Lead the Obsolescence Refresh Hardware effort, transitioning legacy electrical hardware to modern designs.
Identify and mitigate risks from obsolete components to extend program life and reduce supply chain risk.
Guide architecture discussions and design verification for PCBs, FPGAs, and network infrastructure components.
Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to ensure refreshed hardware meets current and future system requirements.
Maintain schedule and budget discipline across concurrent hardware design and refresh activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree in a related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance required.
Advanced proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics.
Experience leading teams of engineers on complex electrical hardware projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles as they relate to hardware.
