- Leads and enhances Nexthink platform stability, performance, data accuracy, privacy, and security configurations.
- Designs and maintains Nexthink Remote Actions for proactive and reactive remediation on Windows and macOS.
- Builds and maintains dashboards to monitor device health, application experience, network quality, and user sentiment.
- Manages Nexthink Campaigns to gather employee feedback, guide remediation, and drive digital adoption.
- Identifies recurring issues suitable for automation or remediation in enterprise-scale environments.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design and support
- Expertise in Nexthink platform including collectors, engines, dashboards, campaigns, alerts, and roles
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell (Windows) and Bash or Shell (macOS)
- Experience with endpoint environments such as Windows, macOS, and VDI
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and automation integrations
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets for root cause analysis and system improvements
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale environments (10K+ endpoints)
