What you'll do

  • Install, configure, and support enterprise network equipment including routers, switches, and core network services.
  • Continuously improve network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency across large-scale deployments.
  • Configure and support enterprise firewall platforms, including access control policies, VPNs, and secure tunnels.
  • Troubleshoot complex network problems using monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage DNS infrastructure, including record creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain integration between DNS, directory services, and DHCP systems for seamless service delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise routing and switching
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN technologies
  • Experience with dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining enterprise firewall platforms and network security controls
  • Ability to manage DNS infrastructure including monitoring, security, and integration with directory services
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex issues
  • Strong collaboration skills across cloud, security, and infrastructure engineering teams
