We are seeking a seasoned Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will maintain the integrity of data within the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)/Mission Planning Environment (MPE), ensuring smooth system operations through daily interactions with users and leadership. Responsibilities include database and network maintenance, security management, and training ALIS administrators and users on system functionalities. You will also support pilots in mission planning and debriefing while adhering to COMSEC requirements. Ideal candidates possess IT experience in systems administration, completed DoD IAT Level II certification, and familiarity with Lockheed Martin products. Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Active Directory/Oracle/CRM account maintenance, and virtual machine management is desired. This operational support role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and potential deployments.

What you'll do

Maintain system integrity by managing internal databases and applications.
Monitor systems for availability and performance to ensure smooth operation.
Train ALIS/MPE administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed.
Perform COMSEC CRO duties and train others in compliance requirements.
Support pilots during mission planning and debriefing sessions, resolving issues.
Cross-train across multiple functions including database, network, systems, security.

What we're looking for

Must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 6 years.
Requires DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
IT experience in system/database/network/mission planning administration.
Experience troubleshooting applications and maintaining Active Directory/Oracle/CRM accounts.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products, JSF ALIS hardware/software, and military operations.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations.
