What you'll do

Monitor platform performance and detect issues proactively during on-call shifts.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in incident and problem management.
Expertise in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk.
Strong communication skills for real-time merchant interaction during incidents.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and drive preventative actions.
Experience with on-call rotations and fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to work in a global team setting and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
