ML Data Program Manager, MLO

What you'll do

• Define and implement ML data strategies for R&D partners from inception to delivery.
• Design scalable and cost-effective workflows combining human and machine computation.
• Coordinate with privacy, legal, procurement, and security teams on data operations.
• Scope projects by estimating timelines, costs, and identifying potential challenges.
• Establish guidelines and training materials for internal data functions and vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure tasks are calibrated and track quality metrics.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of program/project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience creating ML datasets focusing on user experience and fairness
• Proficient in Python for automating tasks and computing metrics
• Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and manage multiple projects
• Capacity to innovate and continuously improve data operations workflows
