What you'll do

Lead on-site teams through radar system integration and operational acceptance at multiple locations.

Provide input for radar feature enhancements and UI/UX improvements based on operator workflows.
Support engagement with military units and commands for broader deployment of radar systems.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering with a related bachelor's degree
Willingness to travel extensively (50% - 75%) for on-site support and project management
Secret security clearance required
Experience working in small cross-functional teams solving complex problems under ambiguity
Familiarity with radar fundamentals, sensor fusion concepts, and air defense operations preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with military operators, program managers, and technical staff
