What you'll do

  • Provide input for radar feature enhancements and UI/UX improvements based on operator workflows.
  • Support engagement with military units and commands for broader deployment of radar systems.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering with a related bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50% - 75%) for on-site support and project management
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Experience working in small cross-functional teams solving complex problems under ambiguity
  • Familiarity with radar fundamentals, sensor fusion concepts, and air defense operations preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with military operators, program managers, and technical staff
