What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics.
  • 6+ years of experience in data and measurement fields with expertise in statistical analytics.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising efficacy, media/marketing measurement, and experimentation.
  • Advanced expertise in A/B testing, holdout designs, incrementality measurement, and other experimental techniques.
  • Strong skills in data storytelling and advanced visualization using tools like Tableau or Mode.
  • Experience developing self-service tools and dashboards for stakeholders with SQL and statistical programming proficiency.
