Join Anduril’s strategic programs team as a Master Scheduler, responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for one or more of our key initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Program Managers and IPT leads to tailor and update schedules regularly, ensuring compliance with government acquisition processes and reporting requirements such as SDRLs and CDRLs. Your daily tasks include resource-loading the IMS, identifying schedule risks, and delivering monthly updates to customers while maintaining a robust work breakdown structure (WBS). Success in this role requires expertise in Microsoft Project, EVMS, and earned value methods, along with strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have PMI-SP certification and experience working on large government contracts.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for strategic programs.
  • Consult with Program Managers to set up tasks and subtasks for schedules.
  • Identify and document corrective actions for off-schedule tasks regularly.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and facilitate timely interventions.
  • Evaluate performance and prepare progress reports based on schedule and cost.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) and Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
  • Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP)
  • Familiarity with government acquisition and reporting processes
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to key leadership and customers
  • Current Secret clearance required
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
