Ideal candidates are curious, analytical, communicative, discerning, action-oriented, passionate about customer focus, collaborative, and experienced in SQL or Tableau, Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, and data reporting.

What you'll do

  • Manage risk management initiatives to modernize control performance and support enhancements.
  • Oversee audit preparation strategies, including assessments and remediation efforts.
  • Build relationships with Customer Resiliency L2s to understand impact on business processes.
  • Lead oversight of control performance team and handle escalations effectively.
  • Create and present impactful risk reports highlighting key risks and mitigation efforts.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in risk management and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver control standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to influence at multiple levels.
  • Experience in data-driven strategy development and risk assessment.
  • Leadership in audit preparation, oversight, and remediation efforts.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating and presenting impactful risk reports.
