- Transition from SEO to GEO strategy to enhance user experience and visibility.
- Harden production systems through capacity planning and incident response practices.
- Instrument and operationalize AI features, tracking model performance and observability.
- Mentor engineers on reliability best practices and integrate them into the SDLC.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in site reliability, platform engineering, or DevOps with a focus on web properties.
- Strong understanding of web architecture and delivery including HTTP, CDNs, caching strategies, edge delivery, browsers, and rendering.
- Experience with full-stack web development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, MySQL, C#.
- Practical experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch, New Relic.
- Demonstrated incident response and postmortem practice, including measurable remediation efforts.
- Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation.
