As a Manager of Product Management within Prometheus Financial Core (PFC), you will lead the platform reliability strategy by defining and implementing system-wide fault isolation and blast radius reduction initiatives. You will work closely with Enterprise Architects to establish robust Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets, ensuring that these metrics drive product development effectively. Your role involves translating complex resilience needs into technical specifications and partnering with engineering teams on design reviews and circuit-breaking logic. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder relationships across Risk, Cyber, and Line of Business units to align on uptime requirements and communicate platform health through data-driven insights. This position requires expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, cell-based architecture, and a deep understanding of system reliability principles. Ideal candidates possess strong technical fluency, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage detailed product lifecycles while advocating for quality and stability.
