As a Manager in Capital One’s Cyber Division supporting Financial Services (FS), you will join the FS Information Security Office (ISO) Command Center to oversee and manage cyber initiatives that impact the business. This role involves serving as an expert on Capital One’s information security capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to anticipate their needs, and providing continuous monitoring and reporting of cyber efforts. You will build relationships across various teams within FS and the broader enterprise, maintaining awareness of enterprise-wide cyber initiatives and communicating their potential impacts. Key responsibilities include driving projects from start to finish, developing formal process documents, and delivering tailored presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Success in this role requires broad cyber experience, proficiency with tools like Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence, and a strategic mindset for challenging the status quo while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Oversee and execute the mission of providing cyber oversight for Financial Services.

Monitor and report on various cyber initiatives impacting Financial Services.
Build relationships across FS and the broader Capital One enterprise.
Lead projects to improve, create, and validate cybersecurity requirements and metrics.
Develop and deliver presentations on technical and non-technical information to leadership.
What we're looking for
At least 4 years of information security or risk management experience.
Strong project management skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Broad cyber experience and understanding of business efficiency frameworks (ITIL, AGILE).
Excellent analytical skills for developing and delivering presentations to various audiences.
Strategic mindset and ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining discipline.
Experience in cybersecurity or technology industry standards and policies.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
