What you'll do
Manage a payments program management team by setting priorities and providing guidance.
Oversee planning and execution of billing and payments initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Establish and reinforce best practices in intake, prioritization, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Data teams for coordinated delivery.
Guide reporting analysts in building dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into program progress.
Leverage data platforms and AI tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and decision-making in programs.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of management experience in program management or related domains.
At least 8 years of experience in billing and payments within a fast-paced technology environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise billing platforms like Zuora, NetSuite, or Oracle.
Experience working with data and reporting platforms such as Databricks and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with payment gateway and processor platforms including Stripe, Braintree, and Chase.
Proven success managing chargeback processes and coordinating with card networks or processors.
