What you'll do

Design and build integrations between Anthropic Claude platform and enterprise systems using APIs and MCP servers.
Develop and manage MCP server configurations to extend Claude's capabilities for internal tools and databases.
Create prompt pipelines and agentic workflows to solve business problems at scale with AI.
Evaluate and implement integration patterns connecting Claude to platforms like Slack, Microsoft 365, Jira.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the entire AI stack from API behavior to MCP tool execution.
Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to shared standards for building on top of Claude.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering or related technical experience.
Proficient in Python and JavaScript with API development experience.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for building/configuring servers.
Knowledge of agentic AI patterns, prompt engineering, and large language models.
Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude platform including Claude Code/Chat.
Ability to work during east coast business hours.
