What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in data science with significant impact in customer success or related domains.
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference, including advanced analytical methods.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
- Proven ability to translate complex insights into actionable business decisions.
- Experience building scalable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
