What we're looking for
- 4-7 years of experience in data science or analytics with ownership of impactful projects.
- Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, including A/B test design and interpretation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience translating large datasets into actionable business insights and clear communication of results.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Success or go-to-market analytics such as churn, retention, and customer health.
