What you'll do

Build AI systems to improve AJO's reliability and customer experience.
Develop intelligent knowledge systems using vector embeddings and pattern clustering.
Design LLM-based workflows for autonomous capabilities at production scale.
Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance metrics.
Integrate AI capabilities with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Splunk, and GitHub.
Apply ML techniques for anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and prediction.
Collaborate with SREs and software engineers to address quality challenges.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field with 2-4 years of professional experience.
Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
Practical knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering techniques.
Understanding of vector databases and similarity search tools such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
Experience building APIs and integrating ML models into backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Eagerness to learn production ML operations including model monitoring, A/B testing, continuous evaluation, and safety guardrails for AI systems.
