Machine Learning Architect 5 - GenAI Experiences

What you'll do

• Build and ship ML-driven capabilities that power AI-assisted user experiences with a focus on usability, trust, and proactivity.
• Design and architect ML systems combining LLMs, classical ML/NLP/IR techniques to solve complex problems at scale.
• Work deeply with user-centric data including page structure, interaction logs, behavioral signals, and human feedback loops.
• Develop agentic and reasoning-based systems integrating retrieval, context, workflows, and decisioning for high-quality user experiences.
• Define evaluation frameworks incorporating UX-relevant signals such as relevance, latency, consistency, visual quality, and human feedback.
• Drive system reliability, scalability, and performance for real-time and edge inference under strict latency, privacy, and compute constraints.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of industry experience building and shipping ML systems at scale.
• Strong background in applied machine learning, including both GenAI and classical ML techniques.
• Proven ability to architect end-to-end ML systems from data ingestion to production deployment.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions that significantly impact user experience or productivity.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in working with user-centric data pipelines and experimentation frameworks for production evaluation.
• Strong judgment in selecting the most appropriate ML approach for specific problems.
