As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will lead the development and evolution of the Marine Corps’ Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Training Environment, integrating advanced technology solutions to enhance customer training and mission readiness. Your daily tasks include designing and developing LVC systems, merging software, hardware, and network capacity, and leading multi-domain teams in home station training and distributed exercises. You will work with technologies such as High-Level Architecture (HLA), Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), VBS3, VBS4, MACE, HAVIK, MTWS, JCATS, Link 16, GCCS-J, AFATDS, C2PC, CAC2S, and JADOCS. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, and RTI-s to create a persistent networked training environment for Marines. This role requires experience with large-scale exercises at the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) level and knowledge of joint exercise lifecycle processes.

What you'll do
Lead the development and evolution of Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environments for the Marine Corps.

Utilize distributed simulation protocols like HLA and DIS in system creation.

What we're looking for
Experience supporting Large Scale Exercises at the MEF level and with Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols (HLA, DIS) and virtual/constructive simulations (VBS3, VBS4, JCATS).
Understanding of Joint C4I tactical systems including Link 16, GCCS-J, AFATDS, and others.
Proficiency in network concepts and tools for modeling and simulation like Wireshark and SIMDIS.
Ability to lead multi-domain teams in home station training and distributed LVC exercises.
Secret clearance required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in systems engineering/IT.
