What we're looking for

- Familiarity with modern analytics platforms such as Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience fostering a data-driven culture by empowering users with self-service analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success driving data-driven transformation in complex environments, particularly in insurance or financial services.
