What you'll do
- Serve as primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization for ITGCs and automated controls.
- Own and operationalize AI SOX Governance Framework, including risk classification and lifecycle oversight.
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of technology, AI, and data environment controls.
- Lead walkthroughs with external auditors for ITGC and automated/application control documentation.
- Support deficiency evaluation process, including root cause analysis and remediation validation.
- Ensure regular review and update of SOX protocols related to IT and AI controls.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive awareness and understanding of SOX requirements and control standards.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting or SOX industry with a focus on IT and technology risk.
- Deep expertise in IT General Controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and PCAOB/COSO frameworks.
- Proven ability to design AI/ML control frameworks and model risk management programs.
- Strong leadership and process management skills for complex workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SOX tooling and GRC platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent.
